Hadar Lev-Tov

Dr. Lev-Tov is an assistant professor and board certified dermatologist at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. His research interests include wound healing and general dermatology. Dr. Lev-Tov completed Medical School training and an internship in internal medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Lev-Tov also completed a clinical and translational research fellowship with focus on treatments for chronic leg ulcers at University of California, Davis. Dr. Lev-Tov holds a Master’s degree in clinical research from the University of California, Davis. Dr. Lev-Tov completed his residency in Dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. During his residency, Dr. Lev-Tov won multiple research awards from the New York Academy of Medicine, the Society for Investigative Dermatology, the American Acne and Rosacea Society, the American Academy of Dermatology and  the National Society for Cutaneous Medicine. More recently he was awarded the prestigious career development award from the Dermatology Foundation. Dr. Lev-Tov’s interests include comparative effectiveness research in dermatology with a special interest in wound healing and prevention. Dr. Lev-Tov sees patients in the Department’s General Dermatology clinic and at the University of Miami Hospital Wound Center. Dr. Lev-Tov also serves as Director of the Wound Healing Fellowship program.
